Previous problems:

Before the tapioca flour is packaged, they use a traditional vibrating screen to remove unwanted impurities and lumps from the tapioca flour. The main problems they faced before were dust removal during screening and yield issues. Since the cassava flour is scattered everywhere during screening, the working environment is poor and the yield is difficult to meet the requirements.

Solution:

After analyzing the cassava flour and the production system, our designers proposed the following solutions: 1. Add a dust cover to the traditional screening machine to solve the problem of a large amount of cassava flour escaping; 2. Use a larger model and a larger size 3. Completely closed transformation of the original feeding system.
